摘  要:铝酸钠溶液主要用于氢氧化铝制备。针对铝酸钠放置一段时间有白色沉淀析出且氢氧化铝粒径大等问题,本文研究铝酸钠溶液苛性比αk、铝酸钠纯化(晶种活性、晶种数量、纯化温度、纯化时间)对铝酸钠稳定性和氢氧化铝的影响。铝酸钠纯化工艺制得高稳定性溶液(静置一年溶液澄清)且合成氢氧化铝粒径减小。Sodium aluminate solution is mainly used for the preparation of alumina hydrate.In order to solve the problems of white precipitation and large particle size of alumina hydrate after sodium aluminate was placed for a period of time,the effects of caustic ratioαk and sodium aluminate purification(seed activity,seed number,purification temperature and purification time)on the stability of sodium aluminate and alumina hydrate were studied.The high stability solution was prepared by sodium aluminate purification process(the solution was clarified after standing for one year)and the particle size of the synthesized alumina hydrate decreased.
