摘 要:阴极炭块整体成型技术是一种将高性能新型碳/碳复合材料通过相应的筑炉技术使其在铝电解槽内一次整体成型的新技术。研发发现不同的筑炉工艺、焙烧工艺对阴极炭块成型后的形貌及各项物化指标有着不同的影响。为了进一步探索整体成型阴极炭块分层现象与筑炉-焙烧之间的内在关系,本文以某企业200kA系列电解槽为原型,按9∶1等比例缩小试制试验槽,并基于此研究整体成型阴极炭块在不同筑炉工艺、焙烧条件下的表观密度、抗折强度、抗压强度、表面形貌及电阻率等参数并展开分析,初步探究了影响阴极炭块整体成型技术的关键参数。The cathode carbon block integral molding technology is a new technology to form high-performance new carbon/carbon composites in aluminum reduction cells at one time through the corresponding pot relining technology.It is found that different pot relining and baking processes have different effects on the morphology and physicochemical indexes of molded cathode carbon blocks.In order to further explore the internal relationship between the delamination phenomenon of integrally-molded cathode blocks and the pot relining-baking,in this paper,one trial pot is made according to the equal proportion of 9∶1,with one 200 kA series pot of an enterprise as the prototype,based on which the parameters such as apparent density,flexural strength,compressive strength,surface morphology and resistivity of integrally-molded cathode carbon blocks under different pot relining processes and baking conditions are studied and analyzed,so as to explore preliminarily key parameters affecting the integral molding technology of cathode carbon blocks.
