茴香薄翅野螟雌雄性的鉴定

摘　　要：通过室内饲养,鉴定茴香薄翅野螟蛹及成虫的形态特征.结果表明:雌蛹在第8腹节腹面上部有一条纵裂缝,连接第7腹节与第9腹节,裂缝两侧平坦,无突起;雄蛹第8腹节无裂缝,在第9腹节腹面中央有一条纵裂缝,裂缝两边各有一半圆形瘤状突起.雌虫腹部粗大,腹部末端有椭圆状环毛,有一对肛突和一对产卵瓣.雄虫腹部细尖,腹部末端有乳黄色的毛丛和一对抱器瓣.通过以上结果鉴定茴香薄翅野螟个体雌雄性的准确率达100%,为该昆虫性信息素分离鉴定等方面的研究提供参考.The sexual identification of E.extimalis pupa and adult were conducted by indoor rearing.The results showed that the female pupa had a longitudinal crack in the upper ventral surface of the eighth ventral joint,connecting the seventh ventral joint and the ninth ventral joint.Male chrysalis eighth ventral node had no crack,and there was a longitudinal crack in the center of ventral surface of ninth ventral node,with a semicircular tuberculous protrusion on each side of the crack.The female had a large abdomen with elliptic ringhair at the end of the abdomen,a pair of anal process and a pair of oviposition valves.The male had a small tip on the abdomen and a yellow hair tuft and a pair of clasps at the end of the abdomen.The accuracy of this method was 100%.The base was supplied for this pest others research,especially,for sex pheromone identification by this investigation.
