基于熟石灰活性填料的沥青玛蹄脂混合料抗车辙性能研究

摘  要:本文选择一种以玄武岩(B)为惰性填料、以不同比例(5%,10%,15%,20%)的熟石灰(HL)为活性填料,以改性沥青为粘结剂,使填料与黏结剂(F/B)之比为0.8,制备沥青玛蹄脂混合料(AC-30),共制备了AC-30+80%B+0%HL、AC-30+75%B+5%HL、AC-30+70%B+10%HL、AC-30+65%B+15%HL、AC-30+60%B+20%HL五种沥青玛蹄脂混合料。然后采用超级波车辙系数参数评价沥青玛蹄脂混合料的车辙性能。从G*/sinδ值可以看出,在高温范围内,HL对纯沥青玛蹄脂混合料性能的影响占主导地位。随着HL的加入,沥青玛蹄脂混合料的抗老化性能提高,表明其具有较好的抗车辙性能。此外,本文还研究了B和HL填料对G*/Sinδ参数的联合影响。In this paper,we choose basalt(B)as inert filler,hydrated lime(HL)with different proportion(5%,10%,15%,20%)as active filler,modified asphalt as binder,the ratio of filler to binder(F/B)is 0.8,and prepare asphalt mastic mixture(AC-30),which includes AC-30+80%B+0%HL,AC-30+75%B+5%HL,AC-30+70%B+10%HL,AC-30+65%B+15%HL,AC-30+60%B+20%HL,A kind of mastic asphalt mixture.Then the super wave rutting coefficient is used to evaluate the rutting performance of mastic asphalt mixture.From the value of G*/sinδ,it can be seen that in the high temperature range,the influence of HL on the performance of pure asphalt mastic mixture is dominant.With the addition of HL,the anti aging performance of asphalt mastic mixture is improved,which indicates that it has better rutting resistance.In addition,the combined effects of B and HL fillers on G*/sinδparameters are also studied.
