摘　　要：【目的/意义】在信息时代,安全信息是安全管理的关键支撑,安全管理中的安全信息协同是影响安全管理能力的关键因素之一。因此,开展面向安全管理的安全信息协同研究意义重大。【方法/过程】主要运用质性研究与理论思辨方法,在明确安全管理、安全信息与安全信息协同三个基本概念的基础上,分析面向安全管理的安全信息协同的内涵,并从安全信息工作流程出发,构建和解析面向安全管理的安全信息协同模型。【结果/结论】研究发现,安全信息协同是系统内的多元安全主体通过安全信息协同技术和系统进行安全信息交流,满足自身安全信息需求,并指导和协调安全行为达成安全目标的安全信息活动。面向安全管理的安全信息协同模型由安全信源协同、安全信道协同、安全信宿协同与安全信息应用协同四个层级构成。【创新/局限】本研究基于一般信息协同理论提出了面向安全管理的安全信息协同模型,研究主要停留在理论层面,后期有待开展关于模型的具体应用实证研究。【Purpose/significance】In the age of information,safety&security information is very vital to safety&security management,and safety&security information collaboration is one of the important means to improve the ability of safety&security management.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out researches on safety&security information collaboration towards safety&security management.【Method/process】By using the methods of qualitative research and theoretical thinking,based on clarifying the three basic concepts of safety&security management,safety&security information and safety&security information collaboration and analyzing the connotation of safety&security information collaboration towards safety&security management,the paper constructed and analyzed the model of safety&security information collaboration towards safety&security management from the perspective of safety&security information workflow.【Result/conclusion】The paper shows that safety&security information collaboration is an information activity in which multivariate safety&security subjects exchange safety&security information through information collaboration technologies and systems,to meet their safety&security information needs,then guide and coordinate safety&security behavior to achieve safety&security goals.The safety&security information collaboration model towards safety&security management consists of four levels:safety&security information source collaboration,safety&security information channel collaboration,safety&security information host collaboration,and safety&security information application collaboration.【Innovation/limitation】This paper proposes a model of safety&security information collaboration towards safety&security management based on the information collaboration theory,but this paper mainly stays at the theoretical level,with specific empirical research on the application of the model to be carried out later.
