摘　　要：本文从《社会标注视域下的城市画像研究》一书的内容特色与专业看点出发,围绕标签挖掘打造城市数字空间、时序分析描绘城市演化历程、情感分析把握公众整体认知、情报加持提高智慧决策水平4个方面进行分析评价。该书探究了学术研究与城市治理中城市画像的认知概念、数据整合、标签计算、应用场景等重要问题。研究视角新颖,又有实践深度,建立了城市画像与城市治理之间的逻辑关联,为城市画像的构建与应用提供了清晰的思路,也为数据赋能的治理创新拓宽了新的研究视域。This paper reviews the book City Portrait Research from the Perspective of Social Tagging from its content distinctive features and professional highlights,conducting an analysis and judgement across four dimensions:tag mining to craft the digital city space,time series analysis to illustrate the city evolutionary trajectory,sentiment analysis to capture the public cognitive,and intelligence enhancement through information support to elevate decision-making proficiency.The book explores significant problems during city portrait study,such as the concept of city portrait and social tags,the process of data integration,the procedure of tag calculation,and the application scenario of tags data.This book successfully established logic association between city portrait and governance,not only provided a clear thinking for building city portrait,but also enriched the research content of city data enablement.
