摘　　要：【目的/意义】探究用户在社交媒体这个新的传播信息生态中分享错误信息的影响因素,为完善错误信息传播的治理工作提供依据。【方法/过程】本文将错误信息分享过程分为相信和转发两个阶段,借助信息生态的视角构建用户“相信-转发”错误信息行为链影响模型,通过情景问卷收集753份有效样本,然后使用PLS-SEM分析数据并讨论了可能存在的中介和调节效应。【结果/结论】结果发现,错误信息相信分别在信息质量和信源可信度对错误信息转发的影响路径中起到完全中介和部分中介作用;并且风险感知会调节信息因素对错误信息相信的影响,还调节了信息质量对错误信息转发路径中的完全中介效应。自我效能、互惠和自我决定是影响错误信息转发的主要因素,但自我决定对错误信息转发的影响方向可能存在其他调节机制。【创新/局限】本文借助信息生态和行为链视角系统梳理了错误信息分享机制和相关影响因素,未来将结合实验推断进一步探究变量间的因果关系。【Purpose/significance】To explore the factors of users sharing misinformation in the new communication information ecology of social media,so as to offer guidance on how to govern misinformation dissemination【.Method/process】This study focuses on the process of misinformation sharing,which is divided into two stages:believing and forwarding.From the perspective of information ecology,we constructed a model to investigate the factors that influence users'believing and forwarding behavior towards misinformation.A situational questionnaire survey was designed with 753 valid participants,and the model was accessed using PLS-SEM,discussing possible mediating and moderating effects.【Result/conclusion】The results indicate that misinformation believing behavior plays a full mediating role and a partial mediating role respectively in the impact of information quality and source credibility on misinformation forwarding behavior.Risk perception moderates the impact of information factors on misinformation believing behavior,and also moderate the full mediation effect of information quality on misinformation forwarding paths.Self-efficacy,reciprocity and self-determination are the main factors affecting misinformation forwarding,but there may be other moderating mechanisms in the direction of the influence of self-determination on misinformation forwarding.【Innovation/limitation】This study systematically sorts out the misinformation sharing mechanism and related influencing factors from the perspective of information ecology and behavioral chain.In the future,it will be combined with experimental inference to further explore the causal relationship between variables.
