基于高校本科生借阅兴趣标签的图书馆馆藏空间服务创新研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】为优化高校图书馆优化馆藏分布,促进高校图书馆馆藏空间服务创新,正向引导读者阅读行为,提升图书馆馆藏资源知识服务的质量。【方法/过程】通过高校本科生借阅兴趣标签的图书馆馆藏空间服务需求进行分析,并为物理、化学及生命科学学院建立24个群体用户画像,通过建模分析获取24个群体的兴趣标签。【结果/结论】每个学院对不同书目的借阅偏好存在显著性差异,高校图书馆可结合群体用户兴趣标签,为不同专业、不同年级的读者推荐图书,科学调整自身馆藏结构。【创新/局限】学界上针对图书馆馆藏空间服务创新研究较多,但以高校本科生借阅兴趣标签角度进行研究的相对较少,本文弥补了此方面的不足。不过受到专业限制,在研究对象选择上存在一定的局限性,未来可加大研究范围,以提升结果准确性。【Purpose/significance】In order to optimize the collection distribution of university library,promote the innovation of the collection space service of university library,positively guide the reading behavior of readers,and improve the quality of the knowledge service of library collection resources.【Method/process】Through the analysis of the service demand of library collection space for undergraduates to borrow interest labels,24 groups of user portraits were established for the College of physics,chemistry and Life Sciences,and 24 groups of interest labels were obtained through modeling analysis.【Result/conclusions】There are significant differences in the borrowing preference of different books in each college.University libraries can recommend books for readers of different majors and grades in combination with the interest tags of group users,and scientifically adjust their collection structure.【Innovation/limitation】In academic circles,there are many researches on the service innovation of library collection space,but there are relatively few researches from the perspective of University Undergraduates'interest labels.This paper makes up for the deficiency in this aspect.However,due to professional limitations,there are certain limitations in the selection of research objects.In the future,the research scope can be expanded to improve the accuracy of the results.
