高校图书馆创新创业信息服务驱动下知识库构建模式研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】国家的经济发展、科学技术的进步与结构转型离不开创新型人才,创新创业教育是培养创新型人才的主要途径,知识库构建能够提高大学及其学者的知名度,更好的为创业人才提供有效的服务。【方法/过程】本文阐述了国内外高校图书馆创新创业发展状况以及为创新创业者提供信息服务;进一步分析了高校知识库的构建模式和目前机构知识库存在的问题,提出高校机构知识库建设的对策。【结果/结论】高校图书馆知识库收集、存储的有价值、高质量、有特色的学术成果,使高校师生有效地获取创新创业信息资源,为大学生创新创业能力的培养具有积极影响。【Purpose/significance】The country’s economic development,scientific and technological progress and structural transformation cannot be separated from innovative talents,innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main way to cultivate innovative talents,construction of knowledge base can improve the popularity of universities and their scholars,better provide effective services for entrepreneurial talents.【Method/process】This paper describes the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in university libraries at home and abroad and the information services provided by innovative entrepreneurs.This paper further analyzes the construction mode of institutional knowledge base in colleges and universities and the existing problems of institutional knowledge base,and puts forward the countermeasures of institutional knowledge base construction in colleges and universities.【Result/conclusion】the knowledge base of university library collects and stores valuable,high quality and distinctive academic achievements,which enable teachers and students in universities to effectively obtain innovative and entrepreneurial information resources,and has a positive impact on the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
