摘　　要：在人类历史上,现代产权思想有着丰富的内涵和发展历程,各个时代的经济学家都在当时的社会背景下提出了富有创见的产权学说。通过对各历史年代下现代产权思想的梳理,一方面能让我们对产权问题加深认识,另一方面更有助于我们在马克思主义产权理论的科学指导下吸收西方历史上有益的产权思想,为完善中国特色的产权理论献力。The reform of the Property Right System is an important part of the deepening reform of the Socialist Market Economic System.The Communist Party of China and the state have always attached great importance to the construction of the Property Right System.In the history of mankind,the western property right thought has rich connotation and development process.Economists of all ages have put forward innovative property right theory under the social background at that time.Through the summarization of western property rights thoughts in different historical periods,on the one hand,it can help us to deepen our understanding of property rights;on the other hand,it can help us absorb the beneficial property rights thoughts in western history under the scientific guidance of Marxist property rights theory,and contribute to the improvement of property rights theory with Chinese characteristics.
