摘　　要：地方文献工作的继承是地区文化保护与传承的一项措施。地方文献工作的继承是组织和个人职业生涯规划的有机结合,职业生涯规划则是地方文献工作继承中至关重要的实施过程。学徒制是两者交互作用下的理论模式,学徒制可以为地方文献工作提供可实践的人才培养模式,也可以成为提升地方文献业务与服务工作的举措。The inheritance of local literature work is a measure of regional cultural protection and continuity.The inheritance of local literature work is an organic combination of organizational and personal career planning and career planning is a crucial implementation process in the inheritance of local literature work.Apprenticeship is the theoretical model under the interaction of those two.Apprenticeship can provide a practical talent training model for local literature work and can also be an initiative to enhance local literature work and its service.
