摘　　要：文章阐述了深圳捐赠换书中心分中心建设现状,总结分中心建设模式,梳理分中心业务建设与管理,分析现有发展不足,并对其未来发展方向提出建议。The paper mainly states the development status of the branch centers of Shenzhen Donate & Exchange Book Center,and summarizes the construction modes of the branch centers.Meanwhile,the paper summarizes the serves construction and management of the branch centers.Finally,the paper analyzes the shortages of the branch centers and puts forward suggestions for the future development of the branch centers.
