基于问卷调查的公共图书馆报刊资源使用分析——以上海浦东图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章以上海浦东图书馆读者报刊资源使用情况调查数据为基础,对读者的基本情况、报刊资源的使用频率、阅读目的和偏好类型等信息进行梳理,分析其中问题,提出提高报刊资源利用率的相关对策,为提高报刊读者满意度、优化报刊管理工作提供借鉴。Based on the survey data of readers’use of newspaper and periodical resources in the Shanghai Pudong Library,this paper summarizes the reader’s basic information,the frequency of use of newspaper and periodical resources,the purpose of reading,and the type of preference,analyzes the problems,and put forward strategies to improve the utilization of newspaper and periodical resources,hope to provide reference for improving the readers’satisfaction and optimizing the management of newspaper and periodical resources.
