馆员工作快乐指数的关键影响因素——基于重庆图书馆调查研究

摘　　要：重庆图书馆对100位馆员开展了工作快乐指数问卷调查,从调查中发现,收入水平、奖励制度、晋升机会、上级认可、同事关系、工作难度、工作认同感、单位归属感等是影响馆员工作快乐指数的关键影响因素。同时提出进一步提升馆员工作快乐指数以及图书馆组织管理水平的建议。Chongqing Library carried out a questionnaire survey on work happiness index of 100 Librarians,From the investigation,Income level,reward system,promotion opportunity,superior recognition,colleague relationship,work difficulty,work identity,unit belonging and so on are the key influencing factors of Librarians’job happiness index.This paper puts forward suggestions to further improve the job happiness index of librarians and the level of library organization and management.
