公共图书馆参考咨询服务新模式探究

摘　　要：文章以15个副省级城市公共图书馆为例,介绍了公共图书馆参考咨询的服务方式、服务内容和特色服务。结合现状,指出参考咨询服务存在的主要问题并提出相应的解决策略。The article takes fifteen sub-provincial city public libraries as an example,and briefly introduces the current service methods,service contents and special services of public library reference services.Based on the current situation,the article points out the main problems of reference services and proposes corresponding solutions.
