摘　　要：《公共图书馆宣言》有三个版本,对我国公共图书馆事业的发展起到了重要的推动作用。我国学者对《公共图书馆宣言》的研究可以分为1994年以前、1995-1999年、2000-2008年、2008年以后四个时间阶段。本文梳理了这些研究的发展阶段、重要事件和重要人物,以求更好地理解《宣言》的价值及其在中国的传播和应用过程。The"Public Library Manifesto"has three versions,which have played an important role in promoting the development of public libraries in China.Chinese scholars’research on the"Public Library Manifesto"can be divided into four periods:before 1994,1995-1999,2000-2008,and after 2008.Among them,Fan Bisi,Li Guoxin,Cheng Huanwen and several other scholars made significant contributions to this.This paper combs the development stages,important events and important figures of these studies in order to better understand the value of the Manifesto and its dissemination and application process in China.
