摘  要:项目主要考察催化裂化装置掺渣比改造后的运行优化。通过采用高效原料油雾化喷嘴,提高渣油在提升管进料段的汽化率和汽化速率来降低焦炭产率,以及新增外取热器等一系列取热设备取走多余热量的措施来增大减渣的掺炼比;并通过对原油质量与催化进料进行跟踪,优化掺炼比,以确保催化装置的正常运行;同时建议装置适当增大催化裂化的反应深度,减少结焦的风险。The project is mainly to investigate the operation optimization of the catalytic cracking unit after modification on resid blending ratio.The coke yield is reduced by using high-efficiency feed oil atomizing nozzle to improve evaporation rate of residual oil in the riser feeding section.The vacuum resid blending ratio is increased by adding external heat extractor and removing excess heat.In order to ensure the FCCU normal operation,the quality of crude oil and FCC feedstock is tracked to identify a proper ratio of vacuum resid blending.At the same time,it is suggested that the reaction depth of catalytic cracking should be increased to reduce the risk of coking.
