摘　　要："中国翻译话语典籍"指中国历史上有关翻译的经典言论著作。英译"中国翻译话语典籍"是"讲好中国故事"的重要组成部分。但是,中国翻译话语藏于大量文献中,其表达方式精炼简约,英译时难度大,对其进行翻译和翻译研究需要深入考据和训诂。本文通过《中国翻译话语英译选集(下册)》中部分译例的字、词、句训诂,结合历史考据和语言训诂、历史上的官职称谓文化考据和用典考据方法,探索"中国翻译话语典籍"英译批评的训诂法和考据方法,为其他中国翻译话语典籍的英译和英译研究提供借鉴。“Chinese classics of translation discourse”refers to Chinese historical works on translation.The English translation of“Chinese classics of translation discourse”is an important part of“telling China’s story to the world.”However,Chinese translation discourses are buried in a large quantity of documents and their expressions are not straightforward,which makes translating into English difficult.We propose that an in-depth examination and exegesis should be adopted in the translation and translation research on these classics.This paper applies word,phrase,and sentence exegesis to the English translations in An Anthology of Chinese Discourse on Translation(V.2),offering historical,linguistic,and cultural perspectives to translation examples.Through the exegetical explorations of the existing English version of“Chinese classics of translation discourse,”the paper provides a reference for future English renditions.
