摘  要:为了提高手术信息和医院流程的高效管理,需要建立手术信息管理系统。贝叶斯估计法通过先验概率和新的特征数据,得到新的概率,能够观察数据本身。将贝叶斯估计法应用于手术信息管理系统中,利用硬件设备和手术室医疗仪器采集并传输手术及麻醉时间、患者生理情况等信息录至手术信息管理系统。系统使用贝叶斯估计法从参数和先验概率出发,首先确定参数的分布概率,再由样本集求解出样本的联合概率分布。并通过贝叶斯定理处理先验概率和样本信息处理接收的数据,计算出后验信息,求解贝叶斯估计值,得到所需的统计判断结果,分析手术情况、患者状态。从而实现手术过程的数据化、自动化、智能化,提高手术效率,助力医院管理。In order to improve the efficient management of operation information and hospital process,it is necessary to establish an operation information management system.Bayesian estimation method can obtain new probability through prior probability and new characteristic data,and can observe the data.In this paper,the Bayesian estimation method is applied to the operation information management system.The hardware equipment and the operating room medical instruments are used to collect and transmit the information of operation,anesthesia time and patient’s physiological conditions to the operation information management system.The system uses the Bayesian estimation method to determine the distribution probability of parameters from the parameters and prior probability,and then the joint probability score of samples is obtained from the sample set.By using Bayesian theorem to process the prior probability and the data received from sample information processing,the posterior information is calculated,the Bayesian estimation is solved,the required statistical judgment results are obtained,and the operation situation and patient status are analyzed.It realizes the digitalization,automation and intellectualization of the operation process,improves the operation efficiency and helps hospital management.
