摘  要:基于电磁涡流检测技术,分析了探头尺寸和频率、干式变压器线圈材质和线材大小、环氧树脂层厚度对干式变压器铜铝线材涡流检测的影响。结果表明,在探头尺寸和频率一定情况下,线材宽度影响较大,线材厚度及环氧树脂厚度影响较小,并得出干式变压器铜铝线材鉴别最佳检测技术参数,为今后开展干式变压器线圈材质检测提供技术支持。Based on eddy current testing technology,the influencing factors of probe size and frequency,copper and aluminum material of dry transformer,wire size,thickness of epoxy resin layer are studied in this paper.The results show that the width of wire is Great influence,and the thickness of epoxy resin and the thickness of wire is small influence,when the probe size and frequency are fixed.The optimum technical parameters for material identification of copper and aluminum of dry transformer are obtained.This provides technical support for the future development of copper and aluminum material of dry transformer testing.
