摘 要:Q热是全世界分布的自然疫源性传染病和人兽共患病。本文从病原体的分类地位与基本形态、抗原性与基因学组和理化特性与生物学特性记述了Q热的病原学;从传染源、传播途径、易感人群和流行特征阐述了Q热的流行病学;从加强科普知识宣传、控制传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感人群论述了Q热的预防控制。Q fever is a natural infectious disease and zoonotic disease distributed all over the world.The etiology of Q fever was described in classification status and basic morphology,antigenicity and genetics group,physicochemical and biological characteristics.The epidemiology of Q fever was discussed in the source of infection,the way of transmission,the susceptible population and the epidemiological characteristics.The prevention and control of Q fever were discussed in strengthening the publicity of popular science knowledge,controlling the infection source,cutting the transmission and protecting the susceptible population.
