摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测德国小蠊体内氟虫腈及其代谢产物。方法采用乙腈提取,QuChERS法进行样品前处理,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行化合物检测。结果方法标准曲线相关系数均大于0.995,检出限均小于0.0093 mg/kg,精密度RSD值均小于4.34%,不同浓度下准确度平均值为85.9%~90.4%。结论采用此方法检测到了德国小蠊体内存在的氟虫腈及氟虫腈砜。Objective To detect fipronil and its metabolites in Blattella germanica by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Methods The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,QuChERs method was employed for sample pretreatment,UPLC-MS/MS for compound detection.Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of fipronil and its three metabolites was better than 0.995,the detection limit was less than 0.0093 mg/kg,the RSD value of precision was less than 4.34%,and the average accuracy was between 85.9%and 90.4%.Conclusion Fipronil and fipronil sulfolane in Blattella germanica were detected by this method.
