摘　　要：嗜吞噬细胞无形体是一种重要的蜱传病原体,它的流行特征具有显著的季节消长、地理特质和人群差异,这些典型特征与宿主动物的生活环境密切相关。本文主要综述了嗜吞噬细胞无形体的流行特征、传播流行的影响因素以及目前临床常见的诊断方法,有助于了解嗜吞噬细胞无形体的三间分布流行特征,并结合临床诊断方法,加强对嗜吞噬细胞无形体的调查和监测。Anaplasma phagocytophilum is an important tick-borne pathogen.The epidemic characteristics of Anaplasma phagocytophilum are significant seasonal fluctuation,geographical characteristics and population differences,closely related to the living environment of host animals.In this paper,the epidemiological characteristics,influencing factors of the spread and epidemic of A.phagocytophilum as well as the current common clinical diagnostic methods are reviewed,which are helpful to understand the epidemiological characteristics of the distributions of A.phagocytophilum,and to strengthen the investigation and monitoring of A.phagocytophilum combined with clinical diagnostic methods.
