摘 要:基于新乡某2×660MW燃煤电厂卸煤沟封闭改造工程,从设计与施工角度分析了预制预应力混凝土空心柱在该改造项目的应用。利用3D3S空间钢结构软件,开展了封闭网架及支撑体系的整体建模计算,给出了预制预应力混凝土空心柱的计算要点与理论公式。结合施工吊装过程,分析了施工过程中的质量控制点与防治措施。目前装配式结构在电力工程领域应用比例较低,在国家大力发展装配式结构的政策背景下,提出的应用案例可为该类结构形式与应用场景的设计与施工提供一定借鉴和指导。Based on the coal discharge ditch closure reconstruction project of a 2×660 MW coal-fired power plant in Xinxiang,application of a precast prestressed concrete hollow column is analyzed from the perspective of design and construction.By using 3D3S space steel structure software,the modeling calculation of closed grid frame and support system is carried out,and the calculation key points and theoretical formula of prestressed hollow column are given.Combined with construction hoisting process,quality control points and prevention measures in construction process are discussed.At present,the application proportion of prefabricated structures in the field of power engineering is low.Under the background of the national policy of vigorously developing prefabricated structures,the application cases proposed in this paper can provide a reference and guidance for the design and construction of such structures and application scenarios.
