国标《烟囱工程技术标准》“烟囱的防腐蚀”解读及修编思路

摘　　要：新版国家标准《烟囱工程技术标准GB50051-2021》已于2021年10月1日正式实施,原国家标准《烟囱设计规范GB50051-2013》和《烟囱工程施工及验收规范GB50078-2008》同时废止。本文为新版国标第12章《烟囱的防腐蚀》中排烟筒型式及防腐材料选用条文编制情况介绍,重点介绍修编思路和新旧标准关于排烟筒选型和防腐材料选用变化较大之处,以供使用者参考。This paper introduces the compilation of normative provisions of the draft liner type and the selection of anti-corrosion materials in the new edition of national standard“Technical Standard for Chimney Engineering(GB 50051-2021)”.Attempting to combine chimney corrosion engineering cases,treatment experience and research results within several years,this paper mainly introduces the practical application effect of anti-corrosive materials,according to the type of flue gas(wet flue gas,humid flue gas and dry flue gas)and liner type(brick chimney,steel chimney,single cylinder reinforced concrete chimney,brick liner,steel liner or multi tube chimney),how to select the anti-corrosive material with suitable anti-corrosive performance,so as to ensure safety and reliability for the structure of the chimney,and to complete the exhaust function in the specified service life successfully.
