风电场道路平曲线半径及加宽设计指标研究

摘  要:山地风电场地形复杂,转弯半径受限,采用带后轮转向的专用运输车辆可显著减小转弯半径,从而降低风电场的建设成本。针对后轮转向半挂车,根据其稳态转弯轨迹模型,推导出了同时适用平板半挂车、后轮转向半挂车的平曲线半径理论公式,并验证了公式的正确性;依托于工程实例,基于推导出的平曲线半径理论公式,计算出了不同道路平曲线半径所对应的加宽值,相对于风机设备厂家提供的加宽值,大大减小了道路幅宽,从而降低风电场的道路建设成本。The terrain of mountain wind farm is complex and the turning radius is limited.The use of special transportation vehicles with rear wheel steering can significantly reduce the turning radius,so as to reduce the construction cost of wind farm.According to the steady-state turning trajectory model of rear wheel steering semi-trailer,the theoretical formula of horizontal curve radius suitable for flat semi-trailer and rear wheel steering semi-trailer is deduced,and the correctness of the formula is verified;Based on the engineering example and the theoretical formula of horizontal curve radius deduced,the widening values corresponding to the horizontal curve radius of different roads are calculated.Compared with the widening values provided by the fan equipment manufacturer,the road width is greatly reduced,so as to reduce the road construction cost of the wind farm.
