摘 要:提出了基于BIM的地下工程通风系统工程量计算方法。利用RevitAPI和RevitAPIUI接口提取Revit平台BIM模型中设备与主材的特定参数,生成工程量数量表;通过调研选择影响设备与主材价格的主要性能或几何参数,制定符合工程量清单计算要求的计价规则;采用MySql数据库,通过工程量数量表与计价规则的自动匹配,生成标准格式的设备主材表。实践证明,基于BIM的地下工程通风系统工程量计算方法可提高设计效率和文件质量,有望广泛应用于地下工程通风系统的工程量计算。Based on BIM techniques,a new quantity calculation method of the ventilation system in underground engineering is presented.Firstly,by using RevitAPI and RevitAPIUI,those specific parameters of the devices and materials in Revit BIM model are obtained,and the bill of engineering quantities is exported automatically.Secondly,the influencing factors of the price of the devices and materials are investigated thoroughly,and the main capability or geometrical parameters are selected to set the rules of price calculation based on the national standard.Finally,the bill of engineering quantities and the price rules are matched automatically in MySql database,and the standard bill of the devices and materials is generated.Practice has proved that the method proposed can promote the design efficiency and the report quality,and is hopefully to be popularized in the quantity calculation of the ventilation system in underground engineering.
