摘 要:基建工程如何在经济性最佳、安装质量水平较高的基础上进一步优化安装过程中的机械布局,是建设高质量产品的基础。火电施工项目的全过程管理要求越来越严谨,作为施工组织者,适应市场规则、降本增效是永恒的主题,锅炉主吊机械的利用率已成为关注的焦点和控制的要素。在特定的环境和条件下,变通机械已有广泛用途范围,增加其利用率,可以提高工程安装效率,保证现场进度主线,同时降低项目成本。基于以上原因,对基建过程中的大唐锡林浩特浩特发电厂,研判其锅炉各设备参数及结构特点、设备到场时间以及施工场地的布局,综合识别分析锅炉主吊机械性能参数、施工组织、后续施工的连续性等因素,科学经济合理地使用锅炉主吊机械,为顺利完成工程建设探讨优化技术。How to further optimize the mechanical layout in the infrastructure project on the basis of the best economy and high level of installation quality is the basis of building high-quality products.The whole process management requirement of the thermal power construction project is more and more strict.As the construction organizer,adapting to the market rules,reducing costs and increasing efficiency is an eternal theme.And improving the utilization rate of main hosting machinery of boiler has become a focus of our attention and a element of control.Under the specific environment and conditions,the existing use scope of machinery can be adjusted,the utilization rate can be increased,the efficiency of engineering installation can be improved,the main line of on-site progress can be ensured,and the project cost can be reduced.Based on the above reasons,in the process of capital construction of our plant(Datang Xilinhot Power Plant),the parameters of boiler equipment and characteristics of structural,arrival time of equipment,as well as the layout of the construction site are studied and judged,the performance parameters of boiler main crane mechanical,construction organization,the continuity of subsequent construction and other factors are comprehensively identified and analyzed.Scientific,economical and reasonable use of boiler main hoisting machinery can help to explore the optimization technology for the smooth completion of the project construction.
