摘 要:凯威特球面网壳是一种优良的结构体系,在国外很多超大跨穹顶工程中都有成功的应用,也适用于能源和冶金行业的大直径圆形储煤场顶盖球壳结构。选取凯威特三角锥体系双层球壳结构作为研究对象,详细论述了此类结构几何建模的关键点,并进一步与肋环型四角锥双层球壳进行了对比研究,通过施加恒载、活载、强风、高烈度地震、极端温差进行计算分析,对比分析了各种荷载作用下的结构响应,为今后的圆形煤场顶盖结构设计提供了新的思路与方案。Kiewitt spherical reticulated shell is an excellent structural system successfully used in many super-large span dome projects abroad,and is also suitable for the spherical shell structure of large-diameter circular coal storage yards in the energy and metallurgical industries.This paper selects the double-layer spherical shell structure of Kiewitt triangular cone system as the research object,discusses the key points of geometric modeling of such structures in detail,and further conducts a comparative study with the ring-ribbed four-pyramid double-layer spherical shell.Load,live load,strong wind,high-intensity earthquake,extreme temperature difference are calculated and analyzed,and the structural response under various loads is compared and analyzed,which provides a new idea and plan for the future structural design of the circular coal yard roof.
