摘 要:国家标准《纤维增强塑料排烟筒工程技术标准》规定复合材料的力学性能采用铺层实测法和铺层计算法来确定,这是基于大量科学研究和工程算例得出的基本规定。两种方法各有特点,适用范围不同。实测法获取的数据能综合反映各种因素对材料性能的影响,更接近实际情况,所采用的修正系数较小,有利于控制筒壁厚度,优化工程量和工程费用;铺层计算法的优点是试验量较小,或不需要开展试验。在设计早期阶段,对材料性能的预测可采用铺层计算法,对于较小型项目,材料的力学性能指标可直接通过铺层计算法确定。According to the national standard Engineering Technical Standard for Fiber Reinforced Plastic Chimney,the mechanical properties of composite materials are determined by laminate proofed test method and basic lamina properties calculation methods,both method are based on a large number of scientific studies and engineering examples.The two methods have their own characteristics and different scopes of application.The data obtained by the test method can comprehensively reflect the influence of various factors on the material performance,which is closer to the actual condition and the correction coefficient adopted is smaller,which is conducive to controlling the thickness of the cylinder wall and optimizing the engineering quantity and cost.The advantage of the basic lamina properties method is that the test volume is small or no test is needed.In the early stage of design,the prediction of material properties can be made by basic lamina properties calculation.For smaller projects,the mechanical properties of materials can be determined directly by basic lamina properties calculation.
