摘  要:近年来,海外火力发电厂项目逐渐增多,海外项目从设计施工到运行都面临诸多挑战。汽轮发电机组为火力发电厂的核心设备,汽机基础的可靠设计将直接影响机组的安全稳定运行,因此汽轮发电机基础的动力特性一直是燃煤电厂设计时的热点和难点。某海外电厂采用ALSTOM 2×675 MW机型,该种机型对应的汽轮机基础形状较为复杂,厂家对静力变形等指标要求较高,动力工况的计算也较为繁琐,因此有必要对其动力特性进行专门研究。针对此问题,需对此机组汽机基座进行有限元分析和计算,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立有限元模型,按照《动力基础设计规范》(GB50040-96)和汽轮机制造厂有关汽轮发电机基础设计标准的相关要求,对汽机基础进行静力和动力分析,在计算结果基础上对结构进行优化,从而为本工程汽机基础的设计提供依据,以保障机组安全经济地运行。In recent years,the number of overseas coal-fired power plant projects is increasing,and there are many challenges for these projects during the design,construction and operation.The steam turbine generator is the core equipment of thermal power plant,and the reliable design of turbine generator base will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the unit,so the dynamic characteristics of turbine generator base is the critical and difficult point in the design of coal-fired power plant.ALSTOM 2×675 MW unit is used in an overseas power plant,and the basic shape of the turbine is relatively complex.The requirements of static deformation are restricted and the calculation of dynamic conditions is also complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to make a special study of its dynamic characteristics.The finite element model is established based on finite element software ABAQUS,according to the dynamic foundation design code(GB50040-96)and the design requirements from the manufacture,and the static and dynamic analysis is carried out on the turbine base.The structure is optimized based on the analytical results.The research aims to provide a foundation for the design of the turbine foundation of this project and to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
