改进中药灌肠护理延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析改进中药灌肠护理延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法选取菏泽市中医医院2018年10月—2019年6月慢性肾衰竭2~4期的100例肾病科住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组行常规中药灌肠护理,观察组则行改进中药灌肠护理,对比两组应用不同护理干预方式的临床效果。结果根据研究数据显示,两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者Scr(404.8±20.5)μmmol/L、BUN(12.5±2.4)mmol/L与尿常规24hupq(0.4±0.2)g/24 h、UA(471.2±33.6)μmmol/L、Cys C(1.4±0.5)mg/L水平相较于对照组降低,Hb(88.4±11.8)g/L、Alb(29.0±6.5)g/L水平则更高于对照组,且观察组中医症候总有效率为92.0%,相比较对照组中医症候总有效率80.0%明显更优,组间相较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用改进中药灌肠护理,可提高患者肾功能,延缓肾衰竭速度。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of improving enema nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on delaying chronic renal failure.Methods 100 inpatients with chronic renal failure in 2~4 stages from October 2018 to June 2019 in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was received routine Chinese medicine enema nursing,while the observation group was received improved Chinese medicine enema nursing.The clinical effects of different nursing interventions were compared between the two groups.Results According to the research data,there was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of Scr(404.8±20.5)μm mol/L,BUN(12.5±2.4)mmol/L and 24 hupq(0.4±0.2)g/24 h,UA(471.2±33.6)μm mol/L,Cys C(1.4±0.5)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of Hb(88.4±11.8)g/L,Alb(29.0±6.5)mg/L were higher than those in the control groupp,and the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly better than 80.0%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving enema nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic renal failure can improve renal function and delay the rate of renal failure.
