摘　　要：目的研究护理干预对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗依从性的影响。方法本次纳入76例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者展开研究,病例收治时间为2017年8月—2018年7月,依据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组38例、观察组38例分别进行常规护理、加强护理干预。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性为94.74%,明显高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者加强护理干预有助于提高其无创呼吸机治疗依从性,可减少并发症。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on compliance of non-invasive ventilator treatment in COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 76 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were included in this study.The cases were treated from August 2017 to July 2018.They were grouped according to the random number table method.38 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the observation group were received routine care,strengthen nursing intervention respectively.The two groups were compared for treatment compliance and complication rate.Results The compliance of the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than the 76.32%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after the intervention in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure can improve the compliance of non-invasive ventilator treatment,improve blood gas analysis indicators and reduce complications.
