摘　　要：随着医疗改革事业的发展,医患关系也呈现出空前的紧张状态,暴力伤医事件频繁发生,使我们不得不重视医患纠纷的问题。其中,护理差错这一重要原因不容小觑,如何防范护理差错的发生,正确处理及有效防范医疗纠纷是本文主要探讨的。本文通过与国外先进管理路径相比较,并剖析引起医患纠纷的护理差错类型、主要原因及相关因素,并针对主要原因进行护理管理及临床工作的路径选择,对加强护理管理及预防医患纠纷的发生有重要的现实指导意义。With the development of the current health care reform, the doctor-patient relationship also presents an unprecedented tension, frequent occurrences of violence injury medical problem we have to attach importance to medical disputes. Among them, the nursing error is an important reason to be reckoned with, and how to prevent the occurrence of nursing errors, correct and effective to prevent medical disputes is the article mainly discusses. This article through comparing with the foreign advanced management path, and analyzes nursing error types, the main cause of medical disputes between medical staff and related factors, and the main reason for management and clinical nursing path selection, to strengthen nursing management and prevent the occurrence of medical disputes has important practical significance.
