摘  要:利用丝素肽对羧丁酰壳聚糖进行接枝改性,再以氧化魔芋(OKGM)作交联剂,通过Schiff碱反应制备得到一种可注射的羧丁酰壳聚糖-丝素肽/氧化魔芋(NSGM)水凝胶。样品的红外光谱和磁共振氢谱证实了改性、接枝和交联反应的发生,扫描电镜结果表明该水凝胶具有内部连通的孔结构。性能研究结果表明,该水凝胶具有35~70 s可调节的凝胶时间,溶胀率最高可达1259%,室温下24 h后最多可维持21.1%的水分,同时具有良好的生物相容性。An injectable hydrogel was prepared through Schiff base reaction using silk fibroin peptide(SFP)grafted carboxybutyryl chitosan(NSC)as substrate and oxidized konjac glucomannan(OKGM)as cross linker.Successful modification,grafting and crosslinking reactions with the hydrogel material were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and~1H NMR spectrum.Porous structure of the prepared hydrogel was also verified by SEM images.Afterwards,physicochemical properties of NSGM hydrogel were investigated and results showed that the prepared hydrogel possesses an adjustable gel time varied from 35 s to 70 s.Furthermore,the maximum water absorption capability of NSGM reached as high as 1259%,and maximum 21.1%water could be retained within the hydrogel even after 24 hours at room temperature.Cytotoxicity study was then conducted to prove the superior biocompatibility of the hydrogel.
