转型背景下独立学院辅导员队伍建设探析

摘  要:结合独立学院转型期辅导员队伍建设存在的结构不合理,专业基础和理论素养不高;人员流动性大,工作连续性不强和工作不平衡,政策措施不配套等三个问题,提出了规范辅导员的准入和调配、加强培养培训、完善评聘和考核机制、提高收入分配等方面的建议,以适应转型期背景下独立学院可持续发展的需要。Combined with the problems existing in the construction of counselor team in Independent Colleges during the transition period,such as unreasonable structure,low professional foundation and theoretical literacy,large staff mobility,poor continuity and imbalance of work,and inadequate policies and measures,the paper puts forward suggestions on standardizing the admittance and deployment of counselors,strengthening the training and cultivating,improving the evaluation and assessment mechanism,and improving the income distribution,In order to adapt to the needs of sustainable development of Independent Colleges under the background of transition period.
