甘肃省文化产业和旅游产业耦合发展的实证研究

摘　　要：在分析甘肃省文化产业与旅游产业发展现状的基础上,采用耦合度模型,实证分析2004—2016年文化产业与旅游产业的耦合协调程度。研究表明,近十余年甘肃省文化产业与旅游产业融合发展总体呈上升趋势,但二者的融合发展仍然落后于全国平均水平;甘肃省文化与旅游产业的融合发展特点是文化资源驱动的轻度失调型。本研究建议,甘肃省未来应实施科技引领的文化旅游产业集群战略、高校—企业—政府联动的文化旅游产业合作战略、打造吃—住—行—游—购—娱的文化旅游复合型产业生态链战略,从而加快提升甘肃省文化与旅游产业的耦合协调发展能力。Based on the analysis of the current development of culture industry and tourism industry in Gansu province,this paper uses the coupling model to analyze the degree of coupling and coordination between culture industry and tourism industry from 2004 to 2016.The research shows that the integration development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Gansu province has been on the rise in the past ten years,but the integration development of the two is still lagging behind the national average.The integration and development of culture and tourism industry in Gansu province is characterized by a mild maladjustment driven by cultural resources.This study recommends that in the future,Gansu province should implement the strategy of the culture tourism industry cluster led by science and technology,the cooperation strategy of college-enterprise-government linkage in the culture tourism industry,and the strategy of the ecological chain of the cultural tourism complex industry of food,accomodation,travelling,shopping and entertainment.Therefore,the ability of coupling and coordinated development between culture and tourism industry in Gansu province would accelerate.
