摘 要:数字TR组件发射杂散水平影响发射信号频谱纯度和雷达系统目标检测性能,是发射信号频谱测试中的一项关键指标。通常发射链路的末级功放只能在脉冲模式下工作,因此研究射频脉冲信号的杂散测试方法具有很高的实用价值。本文从数字TR组件的工作原理出发,分析了发射杂散的主要来源。提出一种大功率发射信号杂散分析方法,利用频谱仪的时间门频谱分析功能实现大功率射频脉冲信号的近端杂散分析,为定位发射杂散来源奠定了基础。The spurious emission level of a digital TR module has a great impact on the transmission signal spectrum purity and the target detection performance of a radar system,and is a critical specification in the transmission signal spectrum test.Generally the power amplifier in the final stage of a digital TR module only operates in the pulsed mode,so it is of high practical value to investigate the spurious emission test method for pulsed RF signal.This paper starts from the operational principle of digital TR modules and analyzes the main sources of spurious emission.A method for spurious emission analysis of high power pulsed RF signal is proposed,which easily implements the near end spurious emission spectrum analysis with the time gate spectrum analysis function of a spectrum analyzer,and thus facilitates discovering and diagnosing spurious emission in high power pulsed transmission signal.
