摘 要:[目的]考察苯丙烯菌酮(IBC)诱导烟草抗烟草花叶病毒病的效果及其生理生化机制。[方法]通过室内盆栽试验测定苯丙烯菌酮的诱抗效果,通过生理生化方法测定苯丙烯菌酮对8叶期烟草体内防御酶系的影响。[结果]苯丙烯菌酮在200、40、8、1.6、0.32 mg/L质量浓度下,对普通烟草的TMV防治效果分别为42.85%、75%、60.71%、53.58%、46.42%。用质量浓度为40 mg/L药剂处理8叶期烟草,连续施药3次,每次间隔5 d。第3次施药后24 h接种TMV,叶片内SOD、PPO、PAL活性均在7 d达到峰值,分别比接种对照提高50.81%、175.14%、23.44%;POD活性在1 d达到峰值,比接种对照提高29.95%。[结论]当苯丙烯菌酮质量浓度为40 mg/L时,诱导烟草抗TMV的效果最好,对烟草花叶病毒病的防效为75%。同时,使植物体内SOD、POD、PPO、PAL 4种防御酶活性显著提高。[Aims]This study aims to investigate the effect of isobavachalcone(IBC)on initiating the tobacco resistance to TMV and its physiological and biochemical mechanism.[Methods]The effect of IBC on inducing disease resistance was measured by pot experiment.The effect of IBC on defense enzyme system of eight-leaf tobacco was measured by physiological and biochemical methods.[Results]At 200,40,8,1.6 and 0.32 mg/L,the IBC control effects on tobacco were 42.85%,75%,60.71%,53.58%and 46.42%,respectively.Tobacco at the eight-leaf stage was treated with IBC at40 mg/L,3 times with an interval of 5 days each time.TMV was inoculated on tobacco 24 hours after the third treatment,the SOD,PPO and PAL activities of tobacco reached the peak level at 7 d,which increased by 50.81%,175.14%and 23.44%compared with the control group,respectively.POD activity reached the peak level at 1 d,which increased by 29.95%compared with the control group.[Conclusions]IBC′s effect on initiating the tobacco resistance to TMV achieves the optimum level at 40 mg/L,the control effect on TMV was 75%.Meanwhile,the activities of SOD,POD,PPO,PAL defense enzymes in plants significantly increased.
