摘  要:[目的]探究氯虫苯甲酰胺亚致死剂量对蜂巢小甲虫3龄初幼虫体内主要解毒酶和保护酶活性的影响。[方法]采用饲料混毒法测定氯虫苯甲酰胺对蜂巢小甲虫3龄初幼虫的生物活性。用亚致死剂量LC_(10)和LC_(25)处理蜂巢小甲虫幼虫6、24、48 h,通过离体酶活性测定分析试虫体内主要解毒酶[细胞色素P450多功能氧化酶系(P450)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)]及保护酶[过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]活性的变化情况。[结果]氯虫苯甲酰胺LC_(10)和LC_(25)剂量在24 h显著诱导蜂巢小甲虫幼虫体内P450活性,其活性分别为对照的3.53、1.97倍;显著抑制SOD活性,其活性降低为对照的0.31、0.20倍。氯虫苯甲酰胺LC_(25)剂量在6 h显著抑制GST活性,其活性降低为对照的0.31倍;在24、48 h显著诱导CAT活性,其活性分别为对照的2.45、3.74倍。[结论]氯虫苯甲酰胺亚致死剂量对蜂巢小甲虫幼虫体内P450和CAT有诱导作用,需长期进行抗药性监测。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the sublethal effects of chlorantraniliprole on activities of detoxification enzymes and protective enzymes in the larvae of small hive beetle(Aethina tumida).[Methods]The diet incorporation method was used to test the toxicity of chlorantraniliprole against the initial 3rd instar larvae of A.tumida.The effects of chlorantraniliprole on activities of detoxification enzymes(cytochrome P450 enzymes,P450 and glutathione-S-transferase,GST)and protective enzymes(superoxide dismutase,SOD and catalase,CAT)were analyzed by in vitro enzyme assay after the initial 3rd instar larvae of A.tumida treated with chlorantraniliprole of LC_(10)and LC_(25)dosages for 6,24 and 48 h,respectively.[Results]The results showed that when the initial 3rd instar larvae of A.tumida were treated with two sublethal dosages of chlorantraniliprole(LC_(10)and LC_(25))for 24 h,the P450 activities obviously increased and activities were 3.53 and 1.97 times as compared with those in the control,respectively,whereas the SOD activities decreased significantly to 0.31 and 0.20 times of the control.When the initial 3rd instar larvae were treated by chlorantraniliprole of LC_(25)dosage,the GST activity was inhibited significantly at 6 h,which activity decreased to 0.31 times of the control,whereas the CAT activities were induced significantly at 24 and 48 h,and activities were 2.45 and 3.74 times as compared with those in the control,respectively.[Conclusions]The sublethal dosages of chlorantraniliprole could induce the activities of P450 and CAT in the larvae of A.tumida,and the long-term resistance monitoring is required.
