柔性的多元与韧性的一体——多元一体主义与中华民族共同性的生成

摘　　要：在统一多民族国家的共同体建设中,如何认识多样性与共同性的关系是一个重要的理论命题。基于中华民族共同体多元一体的历史事实与理论框架,中国的一体是“共同体”而不是“一体化”,中国的“多元”与“一体”并不是一组对立的概念,而是融汇共生的。多元一体主义之所以能够作为一种规范性理论,是因为其在理论与实践上都具有对于西方相关理论的突破性与超越性,体现在:一是打破了多元之间边界固化的思维定势;二是打破了差异性与共同性的固化边界思维;三是中华民族共同体建设的理论与实践全方位包含着多元一体主义,并提升与促进了多元一体主义作为一种规范性理论的形成。In the construction of community for a unified multi-ethnic nation,one of the most key theoretical themes is to understand the relationship between diversity and commonality.Founded on the historic facts and the theoretical framework of diversity in unity of the community for the Chinese nation,“unity”in the Chinese context is not to“integrate”but to“foster a shared community.”“Diversity”and“unity”in Chinese context are not the opposite of each other,but a pair of intertwined and symbiosis concepts.The key that makes Unity with Diversity a normative theory is that it surpasses and surmounts relevant theories from the west both theoretically and practically:first,it breaks the past mindset that the fixed boundary exists between diversified communities;second,it breaks the idea of solidified border on diversity and commonality;third,theories on and practice of the construction of community for the Chinese nation comprehensively embody the doctrine of Unity with Diversity,and also promote and facilitate the formation of Unity with Diversity as a normative theory.
