铸牢中华民族共同体意识的集中统一路径——以西藏精准扶贫与乡村振兴衔接为例

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识的成效取决于党的领导是不是坚强有力,特别是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的各项具体支撑工作是不是坚持了党的集中统一领导,这也是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的集中统一路径的内涵。作为党集中统一领导铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要支撑工作之一,推进精准扶贫与乡村振兴的有效衔接是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的着眼点、着力点与突破口及最佳典范与生动实践。以西藏为例,在坚持党的集中统一领导下,消除绝对贫困夯实中华民族共同体的物质基础,解决深度贫困加强中华民族共同体的情感认同,衔接乡村振兴丰富中华民族共同体的建构路径,以生动实践与显著成效丰富铸牢中华民族共同体意识的集中统一路径的内涵。The effectiveness of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation depends on whether the Party has a strong and powerful leadership,specifically on whether all the actual supporting work to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is in line with the Party’s centralized and unified leadership,which is also the content of centralized and unified path towards fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. As one of the most vital supporting works of the Party’s centralized and unified leadership to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,to push forward the effective convergence of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is the focus of attention,key issue,perfect example,and vivid practice of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. Taking Tibet for example,by upholding the Party’s centralized and unified leadership,we eradicate extreme poverty so as to consolidate material foundation for a community of the Chinese nation,alleviate extreme poverty so as to strengthen people’s emotional identification with a community of the Chinese nation,converge it with rural revitalization so as to diversify approaches for the construction of a community of the Chinese nation,and conduct vivid practice and gain sound progress so as to enrich the content of the centralized and unified path towards fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
