摘 要:煤气化管道输送过程中,管道受颗粒冲击导致的失效占到了管线所有失效形式的40%以上,严重影响输送过程和设备的稳定、安全运行。其中,管道弯头处的冲蚀磨损情况尤其严重。研究确定影响因素中影响最为显著的冲蚀因素,对管道的安全可靠运行、设备的寿命预测意义重大。应用FLUENT软件来模拟管道弯头处受到的冲蚀,采用正交试验设计方法,分析煤粉输送过程中影响管道弯头冲蚀磨损程度。实验因素组合为管径、弯曲半径、颗粒粒径、颗粒流速;衡量磨损严重程度的实验指标径向流速、切向流速、管壁总压力、管壁最大冲蚀磨损率。基于均值主效应分析方法探究了各实验参数与冲蚀磨损结果的显著性关系,并用此结果分析解决粉煤气化输送管道中90°弯头处冲蚀磨损这一实际问题。研究了管道的冲蚀速率在管道外径、弯曲半径、颗粒直径与颗粒流速参数下的影响,并对上述参数进行了数据模拟及效果评价。结果表明:在因素的显著性上,入口流速因素均值主效应排序均为第1,影响力最为显著;弯管的弯曲半径因素影响其次;颗粒粒径影响效果最不显著。在工程冲蚀效果防护中,应当优先考虑控制颗粒的流速和管道的形态,以提升管道弯头的抗冲蚀磨损性能。During the transportation process of coal gasification pipeline,the failure caused by the impact of the particles accounts for more than 40%of all failure modes of the pipeline,which seriously affects the stability of the transportation process and the safe operation of the equipment.Among them,the erosion wear at the elbow of the pipeline is particularly serious.This paper studies the most significant impact factors in the influencing factors,which is of great significance for the safe and reliable operation of pipelines and the life prediction of equipment.In this paper,the FLUENT software is applied to simulate the erosion of the pipe elbow.The orthogonal design method is used to analyze the erosion degree of pipe elbow erosion in the process of pulverized coal transportation.The experimental factors are pipe diameter,bending radius,particle diameter,and particle flow velocity.The experimental indexes to determining the damage level consist of radial flow rate,tangential flow velocity,total wall pressure,and maximum erosion wear rate of the pipe wall.Based on the mean principal effect analysis method,the significant relationship between the experimental parameters and the erosion wear results is studied,and the actual problem of erosion wear at the 90°bend in the pulverized coal gasification pipeline is analyzed and solved.The effects of erosion rate on the outer diameter,bending radius,particle diameter and particle velocity are studied,and the data simulation and effect evaluation of the above parameters are carried out.The results show that the main effects of inlet velocity factors are the first and the most significant,the bending radius of bending pipe is the second,and the particle size is the least in terms of the significance of the factors.In the aspect of sensitivity,the data divergence property of parameter variable and corrosion rate of pipeline cause the fluctuation of failure probability,and the dispersion of random change of parameter in the initial stage of pipeline use plays a leading role.I
