煤矿改性双组份聚脲注浆堵水材料研究与应用

摘　　要：为解决活鸡兔井12下205回风巷掘进工作面防灭火注浆溃浆溃水问题,以异氰酸酯、氨基化合物、扩链剂和速凝剂为基础材料,加入阻燃剂和抗静电剂,制备出一种新型的矿用双组份聚脲注浆堵水材料。通过实验室研究了聚脲材料的黏度、凝结时间和阻燃性测试;应用XRD和SEM科学的测试方法研究其物相和微观结构;在活鸡兔井进行了堵水工业试验。研究结果表明:在A组分添加0.3%的增塑剂,B组分不添加,得到的聚脲堵水材料黏度极低,泵送效果良好;在堵水材料中添加2%的速凝剂,材料凝结速度小于30 s,满足堵水施工需求;通过阻燃性测试优选了阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和抗静电剂鏻盐,LOI>36,满足井下使用要求;通过XRD试验发现聚脲材料只有碳酸钙一个物相,为非晶聚合物,不会产生结晶;通过SEM试验发现氢氧化铝阻燃剂是通过物理混杂阻燃。In order to solve the problem of grouting and water breaking in the working face of the 205 back direction of the 12th well of Live Ji-rabbit,a new type of mine two-component polyurea grouting and water plugging material was prepared by using isocyanate,amino compound,chain extender and accelerating agent as the basic materials,adding flame retardant and antistatic agent.The viscosity,setting time and flame retardant of polyurea materials were studied in laboratory.XRD and SEM were used to study the phase and microstructure.The industrial test of water plugging was carried out in live chicken and rabbit well.The results show that adding 0.3%plasticizer to component A but not component B,the viscosity of polyurea plugging material is very low and the pumping effect is good.Adding 2%accelerating agent in the water plugging material,the material condensation speed is less than 30 s,to meet the needs of water plugging construction;Phosphonium salt and aluminium hydroxide were selected as flame retardant by flame retardant test,phosphonium salt,LOI>36,which met the requirements of downhole use.The XRD results show that the polyurea material has only one phase of calcium carbonate,which is an amorphous polymer and will not produce crystallization.It was found by SEM that the flame retardant of aluminum hydroxide was flame retardant by physical mixing.In industrial test,polyurea water plugging material has good water plugging effect and good economic benefit,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
