摘  要:为研究综采工作面过空巷期间矿压突显问题,以乌兰木伦煤矿12404-1工作面过空巷为工程背景,通过对综采工作面过空巷群的采动来压突显特征模拟分析,在原有主动支护的基础上提出对空巷围岩“锚索补强+泵送支柱”的控顶技术方案,并进行现场实践验证。结果表明:工作面回采推进并逐渐靠近空巷,工作面的超前采动影响对空巷围岩的压力作用逐渐加剧。随推采步距加深,工作面距空巷6 m位置处,煤层顶板完全垮落。随推采步距进一步加深,上覆岩层出现离层裂隙,由于超前支承压力峰值的影响,在煤柱高集中应力作用下煤体处积聚大量弹性应变能,此时对于空巷应采取快速通过的措施。过空巷期间上覆岩层出现卸压松动区,并伴随煤体卸压松动,局部煤体离层破碎,为了避免出现巷道围岩承载失稳,需要强有力的支护作用力以承担工作面采动影响;实践证明过空巷群控顶支护方案能够满足安全高效生产。For the study of fully mechanized working face pressure highlight problems during a alley,with his wood Aaron coal mining working face 12404-1 the engineering background of a alley,based on the fully mechanized working face of empty lane group of mining pressure to highlight characteristics of simulation analysis,the existing active support to the empty roadway is proposed on the basis of“anchor cable reinforcement+pumping pillar”of top technical solutions,and verified the practice.The results show that the pressure effect of the advanced mining on the surrounding rock of the goaf gradually intensifies as the working face mining advances and approaches the goaf gradually.With the deepening of the push mining step,the roof of the coal seam completely collapsed at the position 6 m away from the working face.With the further development of the push mining step,the overlying strata have separated cracks.Due to the influence of the peak value of advanced abutment pressure,a large amount of elastic strain energy is accumulated at the coal body under the action of the high concentrated stress of the coal pillar.At this time,measures should be taken to quickly pass through the goaf.In the process of goaf passing,pressure relief and loosening zones appear in overlying strata,accompanied by coal relief and loosening,and local coal separation and fragmentation.In order to avoid the bearing instability of roadway surrounding rock,strong support force is needed to bear the mining influence of working face.Practice has proved that the goaf group control roof support scheme can meet the safety and efficient production.
