摘  要:保德煤矿是一座受奥陶系灰岩水威胁的高瓦斯矿井,矿井8号煤层底板承受奥灰水最大水头压力达5.3 MPa,突水系数达0.048 MPa/m,采掘过程中若遇垂向隐伏导水构造极易造成奥灰水突水。超前导水构造探查是矿井奥灰水防治主要手段,矿井原有采掘工作面隐伏导水构造局部探查技术存在探测精度不足、制约生产的缺点。矿井采用长距离定向钻探、井下槽波地震探测和区域水化学分析等技术相结合的探测方式,实现了底板隐伏导水构造大区域精准探查,并在此基础上提出了超长距离孔内物探技术。底板隐伏导水构造大区域精准探测技术与现代化矿井采掘技术相适应,在保证安全的前提下,提高了矿井单产单进水平。Baode County Coal Mine is a high gas mine threatened by ordovician limestone water.The maximum pressure of ordovician limestone water on the floor of No.8 coal seam is 5.3 MPa,and the water inrush coefficient is 0.048 MPa/m,in the process of mining and excavation,the ordovician limestone water inrush is easily caused by the vertical concealed structure.The exploration of leading water structure is the main method to prevent and control ordovician limestone water in coal mine.The local exploration technology of concealed water structure in the original mining face of coal mine has the defects of low detection precision and restricted production.Long-distance directional drilling,underground channel,wave seismic detection and regional water chemical analysis are combined in the mine to realize the large-area accurate detection of the hidden floor water conduction structure,on this basis,the ultra-long-distance borehole geophysical prospecting technology is proposed.The accurate detection technology of large area with concealed water conduction structure in floor is adapted to the modern mine excavation technology,which improves the level of per unit yield and per unit feed under the premise of ensuring safety.
