摘 要:为了评价准格尔矿区煤炭资源气化性能的适应性,选择矿区主采煤层6煤层为研究对象,采用资料收集和实地采样测试等方法,对6煤层煤质数据进行了系统分析研究。在此基础上,探讨了不同的煤炭气化工艺对原料煤煤质指标的要求,将6煤层各项煤质数据与煤炭气化对煤质指标要求进行了对比,对其适宜气化性能进行了评价。结果表明:准格尔矿区6煤层属于变质程度较低的煤种,煤质表现为低水分、中灰、低硫、较高软化温度灰、较高流动温度灰、无黏结性、高热稳定性、中等可磨等特点,根据气化工艺对原料煤各项指标要求,各井田6煤层均适合于常压固定床气化工艺,部分井田还适合水煤浆气流床和干煤粉气流床气化工艺,但各井田6煤层均不适合流化床气化工艺。Different coal gasification processes have different requirements for raw coal.If improperly selected,the coal gasification process would not be able to function effectively.In order to evaluate the adaptability of coal resource gasification performance in Zhungeer Mining Area,based on a large amount of collected data and targeted field sampling test analysis,the coal quality characteristics of No.6 coal seam in each minefield of the Zhungeer Mining Area are introduced.The data of water content,ash content,total sulfur,fusibility softening temperature of coal ash,bond index and Harrington grindability index were analyzed.The coal quality requirements of coal gasification were compared with each other,and the suitable gasification performance was discussed.The results show that the coal in the Zhungeer Mining Area is a coal with a lower degree of metamorphism.The coal quality is low moisture,medium ash,low sulfur,higher softening temperature ash,higher flow temperature ash,no cohesiveness,high thermal stability,and medium grindable.According to the gasification process requirements of raw coal,No.6 coal seam in each minefield is suitable for an atmospheric fixed bed gasification process,and some fields are also suitable for coal-water slurry flow bed and dry coal powder entrained flow gasification process.However,No.6 coal seam in each well field is not suitable for fluidized bed gasification process.
