摘 要:为研究蒸压加气混凝土砌体墙竖向开槽后在燃气爆炸作用下的动力响应和抗爆加固措施,基于弹塑性力学理论建立砌体墙简化数值模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析开槽位置对墙体抗爆性能影响,对比不同喷涂聚脲加固方案效果。研究表明,在燃气爆炸作用下,建立的简化墙体模型求解结果与试验观察非常吻合;正爆面竖向开槽明显降低墙体抗爆能力;整墙喷涂聚脲加固可有效提高墙体抗爆能力,而沿裂缝加固效果有限。In order to study the dynamic response and anti-explosion reinforcement measures of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry wall under the action of gas explosion after vertical slotting,a simplified numerical model of masonry wall is established based on the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics.The influence of slotting position on the anti-explosion performance of wall is analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the effects of different spraying polyurea reinforcement schemes are compared.The study shows that the solution results of the simplified wall model established under the action of gas explosion are very consistent with the experimental observation.The vertical slotting of the frontal explosion surface obviously reduces the wall anti-explosion ability.Whole wall spraying polyurea reinforcement can effectively improve the wall anti-explosion ability,but the reinforcement effect along the crack is limited.
