摘 要:采用实验方法,分析可调节喷射泵的特性参数与特性曲线。基于特性曲线,提出配置可调节喷射泵供热系统的水力调节思路。用户内部阻力的变化,对喷射泵前的热网水力工况影响非常有限。喷射泵可减少用户间的水力影响,实现用户之间水力解耦。喷嘴开度一定时,不同资用压差下的有效压差-流量曲线几乎平行。资用压差一定时,当面积比过大(即喷嘴开度过小)时,有效压差-流量曲线很平缓,喷射泵的性能变差。面积比一定时,压差比与混水比之间的关系与资用压差无关。资用压差一定时,面积比越大,压差比-混水比曲线越平缓,喷射泵的性能变差。The characteristic parameters and characteristic curves of adjustable jet pumps are analyzed by experimental method.Based on the characteristic curve,the idea of hydraulic regulation of heating system with adjustable jet pump is proposed.The change in the internal resistance of the user has a very limited impact on the hydraulic working conditions of the heating network in front of the jet pump.The jet pump can reduce the hydraulic influence between users and realize the hydraulic decoupling between users.When the nozzle opening is constant,the effective pressure difference-flow curves under different available pressure differences are almost parallel.When the available pressure difference is constant,and the area ratio is too large(that is,the nozzle opening is too small),the effective pressure difference-flow curve is very flat,and the performance of the jet pump is deteriorated.When the area ratio is constant,the relationship between the pressure difference ratio and the mixed water ratio is independent of the available pressure difference.When the available pressure difference is constant,the larger the area ratio,the smoother the pressure difference ratio-mixed water ratio curve,and the performance of the jet pump is deteriorated.
