摘 要:为了不以环境污染或水位降低为代价开采煤矿资源,提出了保障生态地下水位的煤矿智能无轨辅助运输技术。首先分析考虑生态地下水位的运输技术影响因素,得出运输主要因素及各子因素间的二元关系,分析出整个运输的结构形式,以提高运输效率、操作连续性以及倾角变化适应能力作为目标,利用系统结构模型描述无轨辅助运输技术,在相关参数约束下,构建由开拓布局、安全性自动监测以及运输设备选取组建的技术架构,实现辅助运输路径的最优规划。实验结果表明,所提技术的目标点定位精度高、运输路径规划效果好,并能保障地下水位不再降低。In order not to pollute environmental pollution or reduce water level when exploiting coal resources,a coal mine intelligent trackless auxiliary transportation is proposed to ensure the ecological groundwater level.Firstly,the influencing factors of transportation technology considering the ecological groundwater level are analyzed,to obtain the binary relationship between the main factors of transportation and each sub factor.The structure form of the whole transportation is analyzed,taking improving the transportation efficiency,operation continuity and the adaptive ability of inclination change as the goal,the system structure model is used to describe the trackless auxiliary transportation technology.And under the constraint of relevant parameters,the technical framework is constructed,including the development layout,automatic security monitoring and transportation equipment selection,realizing the optimal planning of auxiliary transportation routes.The experimental results show that,the proposed technology has high target point positioning accuracy,good transportation path planning effect,and can ensure that the groundwater level will not decrease.
